Ron Jeremy in Bloody Bible Camp

YouTube Preview Image

Bloody Bible Camp takes place in the late 1970′s at Happy Day Bible Camp with a group of Christian Camp counselors on their final night. What they don’t know, is the night is going to end in a massacre.

Fast forward 7 years later into the mid 1980′s. Father Cummings (Reggie Banister) and the new group of Christian campers go back to reopen the Happy Day Bible Camp. After being warned by locals about the legend of Sister Mary Chopper (Tim Sullivan), they decide to shrug off the local hillbillies and continue their way to the campground. As you might expect, all hell breaks loose when Sister Mary Chopper returns to finish what she started 7 years ago. - Official Bloody Bible Camp site

“Just got back from Lake Arrowhead where I fulfilled my lifelong ambition of playing a slasher – though it wasn’t exactly as I expected! Yup, I played the killer transvestite nun “Sister Mary Chopper” in Vito Tribuco’s horror comedy BLOODY BLOODY BIBLE CAMP, which Vito wrote with his partner Shelby McIntyre. Infused with the same splatstick soul as FIELD OF SCREAMS, I knew I had to get involved the minute producers Reggie and Gigi Bannister rang me up and asked me to hop on board. Did I mention Reggie plays a priest with whom I do battle? Oh, yeah. And Ron Jeremy plays Jesus. It’s a total knock-out gore/comedy/boob fest that doesn’t just cross the line- it gleefully leaps over it! Made by horror fans for horror fans, BLOODY BLOODY BIBLE CAMP tells the story of a group of horny bible campers led by the equally horny Father Cummings (played by Reggie) who are picked off one by one by Sister Mary Chopper… that would be me. In a flashback, we learn that the good sister was actually once an altar boy who was told by evil nun Gigi Bannister he was meant to be a woman. Dublin newcomer Peter Wafer plays me in as my young self in a frightening flashback. Peter so completely knocked everyone’s socks off with his performance, I have now cast him in the leading role of seductive teen vampire Luke in my upcoming BROTHERS OF THE BLOOD. Gotta say, running around the mountains in a sweltering nun’s habit, devil’s mask and falsies can certainly wear one down, but I promise I will be well rested for those interested in checking out BEHIND THE SCREAMS, the FIELD OF SCREAMS “making of” documentary which I will be showing along with Bill Moseley, Lin Shaye, Kevin “Ogre” Ogilvie, Christa Campbell, Adam Robitel and Ryan Fleming at 3 PM this Sunday, the 23rd, at the Weekend of Horrors here in LA at the LAX MARRIOTT. Come and say hello – just don’t ask about my cup size!” - Tim Sullivan, ShockTillYouDrop.com

Ron Jeremy In “Finding Bliss”: In Select Theaters This Weekend

With a part in “Finding Bliss,” adult movie legend Ron Jeremy is still seeking to show the world that he can do mainstream movies.

Even as “Bliss” depicts the life of an aspiring director (Leelee Sobieski) who is forced to edit adult movies for a day job, Jeremy manages to stay fully clothed on camera — while mainstream actors like Jamie Kennedy take it all off.

“In ‘Finding Bliss’ I spend my entire scene on stage in a tuxedo,” Jeremy tells PopcornBiz of the movie opening on Friday. “I actually kind of prefer it that way.”

Ron Jeremy has consulted Hollywood cast and directors during the odd foray into the adult world. On “Boogie Nights” he received a consulting credit and recalls that most every cast member sat in on one of his adult film sets to get an idea of the real world they were about to portray.

“They all showed up except for Burt Reynolds. He didn’t think he needed to,” Ron Jeremy laughs. “Julianne Moore was a good sport. She was in this small hotel room and had to keep moving out of the way of camera so she wouldn’t end up in the shot.”

He even gave consulting time to Jamie Kennedy who plays a dimwitted porn star in “Finding Bliss.”

“I gave him the ins and outs of the business,” says Ron Jeremy.

“Bliss” director Judy Davis says she wanted to give Ron Jeremy a bigger part in the movie, but he’s actually too well-known to play a adult film character other than himself. “There wasn’t a part for him, because he’s so famous,” says Davis. “He has to play himself.”

But Jeremy points to at least three films that he’s appeared in with his clothes fully intact which live on — “Detroit Rock City” (1999), “Orgasmo” (1997) and “Boondock Saints” (1999).

“These are three films I did that I kept my clothes on and they are huge films,” says Ron Jeremy. “They are cult films.”

BIGFOOT – Holler Creek Canyon

DreadCentral.com – And the Sasquatchploitation train keeps on a rollin’, baby! Though this one is way late in pulling into the station. Bigfoot at Holler Creek Canyon was completed in 2006 but has not seen the light of day since. Thankfully we finally have a trailer to dig on!

John Poague’s Bigfoot at Holler Creek Canyon starring Bigcock, Ron Jeremy, as Ranger Rik, tells the tale of a group of friends who embark on a camping adventure to an idyllic location in the mountains. The horror begins as, one-by-one, they become the prey of Holler Creek Canyon’s newest resident. The question is “IS IT MAN OR BEAST?” Bigfoot!

Now for the bad news … we still don’t have a release date. Even so, finally having a trailer is a big step in the right direction. Please powers-that-be … give us this one as soon as possible!

I AM VIRGIN

I Am Virgin

A virus has expunged most of the world’s population, and all the survivors have been turned into horny vampires who crave not blood, but sex. All, that is, except one: Robby (Adam Davis). A virgin who is the last human on Earth, and whose only companion is his basset hound, Billy.

The lustful Robby wanders around looking for other human survivors. Instead, he finds wanton vampire men and women acting on their carnal desires. Robby then secretly watches these lascivious lads and ladies go at it.

Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day Trailer

It’s been talked about for years that Troy Duffy was working on a sequel to the fantastic film, “The Boondock Saints”. I’d been following along until around 2005, when the trail went cold and it seemed all hope for a sequel was gone. Today when I heard the title, I thought this was an internet rumor or a cleverly re-edited YouTube video. (Apparently, this is one Comic-Con revelation that I completely missed)

I realized today how oblivious I’d been when I discovered the kick-a#$ trailer for the new movie, “The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day”.

According to Wikipedia, “The [MacManus brothers] have been in deep hiding in the quiet valleys of Ireland, far removed from their former lives or modern technologies. When word comes that a priest has been killed by sinister forces in the tough underworld of Boston (the Yakavetta Crime Family), they return to mount a violent and bloody crusade to bring justice to those who must now suffer the consequences, with a new partner in crime (Clifton Collins, Jr.) aiding them and FBI Agent Paul Smecker’s Protege (Julie Benz) in pursuit of them”.

After watching this trailer numerous times, (and getting that song stuck in my head!) I am struck by how different Sean Patrick Flannery looks! He did not age as well as his “brother”, played by Norman Reedus. Billy Connolly looks almost no different that he did ten years ago (the first film being released in 1999). The addition of Clifton Collins Jr. (“Sunshine Cleaning”, “Extract”, “Babel”) as “Romeo” is extremely exciting and can only be topped by the cinematic return of Judd Nelson as “Concezio Yakavetta”! I can’t forget to mention Peter Fonda, or that “Rocco” and Ron Jeremy’s character will be making appearances in “dream sequences”. My singular complaint is that Willem Dafoe is missing as the beloved “Detective Paul Smecker”, but we will have his protege “Special FBI Agent Eunice Bloom” played by Julie Benz.

Honestly, just knowing they’re making a sequel made me so pumped up that I could barely focus on the trailer. This leaves me room to gladly ignore the few things that could be called cheesy. On October 30th, 2009 the boys are back to resolve “the indifference of good men” and not a moment too soon!

Ron Jeremy and Jason Statham in Crank 2: High Voltage

Ron Jeremy in Crank 2: High Voltage

“Crank 2: High Voltage” releases today on DVD. Just in case you didn’t know, which you should, Ron Jeremy plays a role as “Ron Jeremy Hyatt” in the sequel to Jason Statham’s popular action movie. Other stars such as Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington and Dwight Yoakam as Doc Miles appear again in the series. Also, watch for other big name adult stars like Jenna Haze, Peter North, and Troma co-founder Lloyd Kaufman.

In “Crank 2: High Voltage,” Chev Chelios faces a Chinese mobster who has stolen his nearly indestructible heart and replaced it with a battery-powered ticker that requires regular jolts of electricity to keep working. Amy Smart is no longer the damsel in distress, this time she’s kicking ass too which is a nice change for her character. Jason Statham plays exactly the same character with no extra emotional baggage which is perfect for Chev Chelios.
